Bobby Gene Woodall, 80, resident of Pulaski, TN., passed away June 14, 2019 at Maury Regional Hospital, Columbia, TN. The family will receive friends for Bobby Gene Woodall on Monday, June 17th from 11:00am until 1:00pm followed by the funeral service at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett- May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Dusty Frierson of Lifepoint Pentecostal Church in Pulaski, TN. officiating. Burial will follow at Giles County Memory Gardens in Pulaski, TN. Pallbearers are: Phillip Burch, Jaxon Frierson, Bobby Griffins, Ricky Hicks, Johnny Martin and Edward Pardon. Honorary: Terry Einhorn and Sean Stanfil. Born October 6, 1938 in Water Valley, MS., he was the son of the late Jessie Vernon and Elvie Manerva Tudor Woodall. Bobby was the husband of Geneva Weeks Woodall for 60 years. He also served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard and as a Memphis, TN Reserve Police Officer. He was employed for 37 years with General Electric/Trane and retired in 1999. In 2014 Bobby moved to Pulaski, TN where he enjoyed hunting, raising cattle and gardening on his own land. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two son's: Robert Leven Woodall (wife Amelia (Amy) Woodall) from Pulaski, TN and Myles Aaron Woodall from Nashville, TN. Grand children: Amber Autrey from North Little Rock, AR. Michael Cameron Oakes from AL. Scott Jamison Oakes from Virginia (wife Elizabeth Oakes) from North Carolina. Great grandchildren: Shelby Jones Desir (husband Kelly), Richie Jones, Tyler, Michael, Noah, Lucy Jane and Harper Quinn Oakes. Sister-in-law Helen Virginia Weeks Tubbs from Sumner, MS.
