Emily Schott

Emily Delores Schott, age 42, of Summertown, TN passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Madison, TN, a 1993 graduate of LaVergne High School, a Special Education Assistant at Summertown High School, and a member of Summertown Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd Garland, Martha Ruth Barlar, Thayer Maxwell, and Jean Elizabeth Washer. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ronald Schott of Summertown, TN; two daughters, Hannah Marie McCord (Kyle) of Smyrna, TN and Ruth Elizabeth Schott of Summertown, TN; one son, Caleb Keith Schott of Summertown, TN; one grandson, Emmett McCord of Smyrna, TN; her parents, Anthony and Delores Barlar Washer of Smyrna, TN; one brother, Gary Washer of Smyrna, TN; one sister, Laura Washer Aseret of Smyrna, TN; three nieces and three nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 06, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, September 07, 2018, with Paul Norwood and Ricky Glass officiating.
